This Privacy Policy explains how OneBreath: Mindful Minutes ("OneBreath", "the App"), provided by SS Pixels ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the App.
01Information We Collect
SS Pixels does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise location, contacts, or social media information through the App.
The App does not use advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, advertising identifiers, or third-party tracking technologies.
02Information Stored on Your Device
OneBreath may store information locally on your device in order to provide its features. This may include preferences, meditation or breathing activity, progress information, settings, and profile customization information.
If you choose an image for use within the App, the image is selected using Android's system-provided file or photo selection functionality. OneBreath does not require direct access to your camera, contacts, or general photo library for this purpose.
03Device Backups
Depending on your Android device settings and Google backup configuration, certain eligible application data may be included in Android or Google device backups. Such backups are controlled by your device and Google account settings. SS Pixels does not receive or have access to your Google account backups.
04Payments
OneBreath is offered as a paid application through Google Play. Purchases, payment processing, refunds, and related transaction information are handled by Google Play.
SS Pixels does not directly collect or store your credit card number, banking information, or other payment credentials.
05Advertising and Analytics
OneBreath does not display third-party advertisements and does not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking services.
06Internet and Third-Party Services
The core functionality of OneBreath is designed to operate locally on your device. The App does not send your meditation activity, breathing activity, profile information, or locally stored preferences to SS Pixels.
Your use of Google Play, Android operating-system services, device backups, and other services provided directly by Google or your device manufacturer is governed by the privacy policies of those respective providers.
07Children's Privacy
OneBreath does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require accounts and does not intentionally collect personal information from its users, SS Pixels does not knowingly maintain personal information belonging to children.
08Data Security
Because application preferences and activity information are stored locally, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device. We recommend using appropriate device security features such as a screen lock and keeping your Android operating system up to date.
09Your Choices
You may remove locally stored OneBreath data by using any deletion or reset features provided within the App, where available, or by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App through Android.
10Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to OneBreath, applicable requirements, or our practices.
